Important contribution information

Your receipt and rebate

The campaign will issue the City-prescribed contribution receipt. Keep the original receipt and follow the City’s instructions to apply for your rebate. Campaign receipts are not income tax receipts.

Before contributing

Only individuals normally resident in Ontario may contribute.
Contributions must come from the contributor’s own funds.
The maximum contribution to one candidate is $1,200.
Corporate, union and anonymous contributions are not accepted.
Cash contributions over $25 are not accepted.
